Server log files

Dyssol Free downloads

The Dyssol Free installer is provided through our own download infrastructure. We do not collect form data for the download and we do not generate personal or time-limited download links.

When the installer is requested, technically necessary access data may be processed in server logs, in particular the IP address, access time, requested file, and browser and device information. This processing is required to provide the download securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the installer securely and maintain the technical stability of our systems. External YouTube and LinkedIn content is linked from the onboarding page only; a connection to these services is established only after you select the respective link.

Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose, for support and documentation, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will review whether continued storage is still required.
